About this property

This beautiful, two-storey villa was completely renovated and modernized in 2021. The entire facility was then renewed and is very modern and bright throughout. On an incredible 327m², this 6-bedroom villa offers space for 12 guests.

The lanai is generously designed, as is the heated pool, which with its skin-friendly salt water and spa gives our guests a feeling of wellness. The dining area with gas grill on the terrace is at your disposal for a cozy barbecue evening.

The pool and lanai area is surrounded by a screen.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

Each room has its own TV. You will find even more entertainment in the gaming room, which, with a Sony Playstation 5 in conjunction with an 82 inch flat screen, ensures ultimate gaming fun. Of course, Hulu and Netflix are preinstalled on the Samsung Smart TVs for our guests.

Happy Cape 23 also offers you the opportunity to explore the mangroves with the 4 kayaks and thus experience an adventure for the whole family.

Great house but poor property manager

The house was very good had all the space and conveniences we needed. Looks like it was recently remodeled. However, we lost partial power the second day of our monthly stay. Tried to contact property manager on several occasions for three days, with no help. As we did not have any heat, temp outside was in the 40s , no oven, no tv, no hot water, minimal lighting, we had to go to a hotel until repairs were made. After we returned to the house, the rest of the stay was very nice.

Stayed 15 nights in Dec 2022
