** READ DISCLAIMER BEFORE BOOKING **Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and the nearby creek as you unwind. This tiny home sits right next to Mill Creek, with a walking path leading you to the water. In the summer, dip your toes in the cool creek; in the winter, take in the flowing views from the scenic windows. Nestled in the heart of the Ruby Valley, this 1 bedroom tiny home could be your home away from home! DISCLAIMER: There is a community shop just feet away from the tiny home that is frequented by locals & the co-owner. Service is spotty depending on the carrier but there is WIFI. There will be cars/people coming and going from the property. There are also 2 barn cats on the property. The fluffy black one is Mr. Cowboy and the calico is Boots.

Please make sure you strip the sofa bed if it was used. If the load is too heavy. Please just start the towels only.
You can leave the trash. We will handle it!

Amazing tiny home! Very clean, great location alongside the creek, near a country road but very little noise/traffic, pet friendly, host was great with communication. Very peaceful and relaxing. They had all the necessities for cooking inside or grilling outside - even measuring cups, steak knives, salt/pepper, a few spices, laundry supplies, decent pots/pans, dishes, etc. And the most important - the necessary set up for coffee or tea! A ton of fridge and freezer space, picnic table down by the creek, small dog kennel outside. This is a great place!
