This attractive 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 2nd floor, spread over two levels, and features two south-facing balconies. The building entrance is accessible via 23 steps. The living/bedroom area is equipped with a double sofa bed, a modern built-in kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), a dining area, cable TV, and a stereo/CD player. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a box-spring bed; on the upper level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (a cot can be added to the upper bedroom). The bedroom has vinyl flooring. There is one shower room/bathroom on each level. The underground parking space, washing machine, and dryer are located inside the building. Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment. Duplex garage! Double parking space, on the lower level, at the very back! Please note the dimensions: Length: approx. 5 m, Height: approx. 1.54 m. Please refer to your vehicle’s owner’s manual for car dimensions.
The underground parking space will not be available from August 4 through October 1, 2026 (tentative).
