Beautifully updated and clean property. AC was outstanding, and that is important in Houston! New appliances, kcups and creamer provided, and enclosed garage was clutch! Will definitely consider again when visiting Houston.

We arrived at this property for check-in and found that it did not match the listing. The photos show a well-kept home, but the actual exterior was worn and run-down and did not look like the pictures we booked from. The listing photos do not accurately represent this rental.The street directly in front of the property was torn up, and graffiti was visible on the buildings next to the rental. After seeing the listed property and the conditions immediately around it, we did not feel comfortable occupying it overnight. We left and paid for a hotel.We contacted the host, explained that the listing did not match the property we found, and requested a refund. The host refused.The booking itself was straightforward, but this property was not what the listing showed. Future guests should compare the listing photos carefully with the actual exterior and the street in front of the rental before checking in.
