I got a message that the host would contact me a day before to make sure everything was in line for check in…. Never happened. I contacted the host the day of our stay on our way there..received no response till I was 2 hours away to say there was a plumbing issue. I had to quickly book elsewhere costing me a lot more money. I then asked multiple times for my refund. I ended up having to contact VRBO myself and show them the messages between the host and I and finally received my refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST!
