About this property

Apt. Kleine Krabbe - Top floor apartment in the heart of Gollwitz

The apartment is divided into two levels, the lower floor has a cozy living room with TV, Blu-Ray player and radio. From this you can access the balcony. Also on this floor is the fitted kitchen with all comforts (two coffee machines 1x capsules + 1x filter coffee), dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, make-up mirror, washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2nd TV and the second with two single beds.

You can use the wonderful 3000m² property with a small pond, deck chairs, barbecue area (communal grill), children's playground and in an absolutely quiet location with the other house guests. You can reach the beach after a short walk of approx. 300m.

There is a parking space at the house.

Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Für das Wetter kann niemand was, aber wir haben viel zu Fahrrad und zu Fuß unternommen. Und in der zweiten Woche war ja dann schönes Strandwetter. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns für nächstes Jahr Angebote herausgesucht, so dass wir schon wieder gebucht haben. Eine kleine Anmerkung: Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder geben würde.

Keine Kritik, bitte als Hinweise aufnehmen. Die Fliegengitter sollten mal wieder überarbeitet werden. Die Leuchtmittel im Wrasenabzug sind defekt. Gut wäre ein mündlicher Hinweis (oder Beschreibung in der Mappe statt 5 Kataloge ? der Mietobjekte) auf die Fliegengitter, haben sie erst am dritten Tag gefunden. Haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach den anfänglichen kleinen Problemen vor unserer Anreise muß ich sagen das die Wahl der Ferienwohnung sehr gut war . Die Ferienwohnung war aus unserer Sicht sehr gut . Es war alles vorhanden was wir für die Woche brauchten und einkaufen ist ja auf Poel auch kein Problem . Also Fazit -Alles super !!!
