Wir(3 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Es war alles so wie angekündigt. Das obere Zimmer hatte allerdings kein Rollladen/ Vorhänge, was für Kinder vielleicht nicht so gut ist. Der See war gleich um die Ecke und der Vermieter hat sich auch schnell gemeldet wenn es ein Problem gab. Zum einkaufen/ essen gehen braucht man allerdings ein Auto, vor Ort gibt es nichts. Wir hatten eine rundum schöne Zeit

Sehr zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung sowie Ausstattung (auch Fahrräder für groß und klein). Bei Absprache auch Ruderbootnutzung möglich. 100 m bis zum See; Lage optimal zum entspannen. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles!

Nettes Haus am See, Spielplätze, Badestelle, viel Wald, sehenswertes Wismar, es gibt viel zu sehen. Und wir hatten tatsächlich immer sehr schönes Wetter.

Urlaub war super

Wir waren dieses Jahr die ersten Gäste.Und es war schön, tolles sauberes Haus, tolle Umgebung und sehr freundlicher Vermieter.Der Punkt Abzug ist nur weil wir am Anfang ein Paar Wanzen in einem Zimmer hatten, die hier überwintert haben.Der Vermieter hat sich darum gekümmert und alles war gut.Wir kommen wieder!

Hallo, danke für die tolle Bewertung... nur noch eine kleine Bemerkung zu den "Wanzen" hier sind keine Bettwanzen gemeint **schmunzel** sondern Käferlein der Familie der Heteroptera, die im letzten Herbst wahrscheinlich durch ein offenes Fenster von der Wiese in Haus gesplüpft sind und ein Plätzchen zum Überwintern gesucht hatten. Auch ein paar Marienkäfer hatten es diesmal zum Überwintern ins Haus geschafft :-o LG

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist komplett und wirklich mit allem eingerichtet, was man so zum Urlauben braucht. Wir waren echt begeistert. Es hat 3 sehr schöne Bäder und zusätzlich noch eine Gästetoilette. Leider hatten wir ein wenig Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass man den See nicht nutzen konnte, dafür kann man aber ins nahe Schwerin oder auch nach Wismar fahren. Kurz gesagt, es hat uns sehr gefallen und zum Vermieter gab es auch einen netten Kontakt.

Stressfreier Familienurlaub

Wir hatten wunderschöne Familientage in Klein-Labenz! Das Haus - es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, was dem Inserat nicht so klar hervorgeht - ist schön, praktisch und sauber, alles da! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super unkompliziert. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern konnte jeder in der Familie seine Zeit gestalten. Wir nutzten gerne die Fahrräder, das Standup-Brett und Ruderboot, einfach praktisch alles zur Hand zu haben, wenn vielleicht gelegentlich mit den Mietern der anderen Haushälfte zu teilen. Der zumeist leere Bade- und Bootsstrand ist weniger als 200m nah. Im 3km nahen Warin gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ist auch nötig, weil die Gaststättenstruktur doch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Dafür gibt es ringsherum Natur pur in traumhafter Seenlandschaft und das alles ohne jede Tourismusfülle. Schade nur, dass der Blick aus dem Haus stellenweise auf Ruinen alter DDR-Ferienkultur fällt.

Perfekt ausgestattet

Mit 3 Stockwerken, einer riesigen Anzahl an Bädern und kompletter Küchenausstattung war die Grundausrüstung schon mal super. Dazu gab es aber noch einen Keller voller Fahrräder, SUP-Boote, Werkzeuge, Spielsachen usw.

Sehr schöner See

Der Labenzer See ist ideal zum Bootfahren und Angeln. Unser Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Leider zerstören die umliegenden Ruinen der Ferienanlage etwas die sonst sehr schöne Landschaft und Umgebung.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub dort verbracht und uns, trotz des wenig sommerlichen Wetters dieses Jahr, wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes war sehr freundlich. Durch den kontaktlosen Check-in konnten wir entspannt und ohne Zeitdruck an- bzw. abreisen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Erholen, Radfahren und Wandern ein und es gibt auch im Umkreis einiges zu entdecken. Der See ist absolut klar und zum Schwimmen oder Paddeln perfekt. Das einzige, was schade war, ist, dass Hunde nicht mit an die offizielle Badestelle, die von unseren Kindern bevorzugt wurde, dürfen. Es gibt jedoch genug Orte, an denen auch die Vierbeiner ins Wasser können.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, bestens ausgestattet, in schöner Lage an einem Badesee, aber auch ideal für Ausflüge nach Wismar, Schwerin, Sternberg oder an die Ostsee. Große Terrasse mit Morgensonne, nachmittags schattig, dafür bietet der ebenso große Balkon dann Sonne. Sehr netter Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar ist. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 4 km Entfernung. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Top Ferienwohnung

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die drei Badezimmer für drei Schlafzimmer. Wir haben die Wohnung mit drei Kollegen bewohnt so dass jeder ein eigenes Zimmer inklusive Bad hatte. Auch die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche wie Wohnzimmer und Küche waren top ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt.Der Vermieter war äußerst zuvorkommend und flexibel, wodurch auch ungewöhnliche An- und Abreisezeiten realisiert werden konnten. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist sowohl für gemeinsam reisende Kollegen als auch für große Familien sehr empfehlenswert; wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschön

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen es war sehr ruhig aber schön. Alles hat gepasst das einzige was gefehlt hat war eine Kaffeemaschine, es war zwar eine da aber für jede einzelne Tasse das hat uns zu lange gedauert 🤣 Der Vermieter sehr nett und entgegenkommen👍 Das Haus sehr sauber und alles gepflegt sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet 👍 Wir kommen wieder 😉👍

ja hallo und danke für die super Bewertung, eine "richtige" also klassische Filter-Kaffeemaschine steht im Gemeinschaftsraum. Die können sie sich holen, wenn es zum Frühstück schneller gehen soll mit dem Kaffee. Die DeLongi Siebträgermaschine ist ja auch eher was für den Espresso am Nachmittag ;-). LG

Ferienhaus am See

Das Haus ist sehr groß und in bestem Zustand. Herrlich: 3 Badezimmer + zusätzlich Toilette - da gibt es kein Gedrängel. Terrasse, Balkon, genügend Aufenthaltsräume...und als Highlight: der große See direkt vor der Nase & Kanubenutzung! Ein idealer Sommerurlaubsplatz mit Kindern!

Kompakt und gut ...

Ruhige Lage - ruhige Nächte. Kurzer Weg zu den Spielplätzen und zum See. Brötchen morgens frisch an der Rezeption - lecker. 3 Zimmer mit separaten Duschbädern ist richtig praktisch. Balkon und Terasse zum Relaxen oder Feiern. Für uns mit Tochter und Enkelkinder war es optimal. Wir kommen wieder - keine Frage ...

Schönes großes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub, vielen Dank! Großes, modernes, gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowohl im Vorfeld bei Fragen als auch vor Ort. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten innherhalb von 30-40 min per PKW erreichbar (Schwerin, Wismar, Insel Poel) Gut zum Wandern, Radfahren, Angeln.
