This place is a perfect location for easy access to the southern end of the Redwoods National and State Parks. It is right on US101 and you can hear some traffic during the day but very little at night. The place had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed looking out the kitchen window to see the neighbors’ horses, geese, and rooster/hens. There was a definite charm to this converted church/chapel and our host, Nancy, was responsive and kind when we had questions.

Such a cute little one room studio that was once a chapel! When you walk in, you can almost visualize what it would have been like during it’s active times. The bed was super comfy. Everything was clean and neat. The grounds were filled with beautiful dalias, hollyhock and gladiolas! So pretty. It is directly off of hwy101, so you do hear cars swoosh by during the day, but the nights were super quiet. Be sure to stock up with food etc as there is really no stores or eating establishments near by. Nancy was a great host. Very helpful and communicative. I would recommend this cute little place!
