The condominium provides direct beach access, where you can relax, listen to the waves, and soak up the sun. While swimming is not recommended due to strong tides, it’s a wonderful spot to unwind by the shore. The building also has a pool (temporarily closed for improvements), ensuring an even better experience in the near future. Guests will have access to assigned parking. Please note that due to the multi-level garage, oversized or tall vehicles (such as Ford F-150s or large vans) are not permitted. The first time finding your way from the parking lot to the lobby may feel a little unusual since you’ll need to climb some stairs before taking the elevator to the apartment—but once you get the hang of it, it’s simple and easy. ✨ Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this apartment in Luquillo is the perfect base to experience the best of Puerto Rico.
