The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Return remote controls. Please make sure all lights and AC are turned off and you are logged out of all devices. Please ensure AC, TV and electronics are turned off (not the Fridge/Freezer)

Please leave all used towels in the bathroom upon check out. Please ensure the shower drain is left clear and rinsed, removing any hair Please leave all trash by the door so this can be disposed of.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A daily electricity allowance of 12kWh is included (enough for a comfortable stay) Excess usage will be charged at 3.5 MXN per kWh based readings.

Air Conditioning Please turn off all air conditioning units when leaving the property to help manage energy usage.

I was born in Mexico and spent some of my early years here before moving to Canada as a young girl. Years later, after meeting my husband, we decided to buy this newly built condo as a way of reconnecting with my roots while creating a home together in Playa del Carmen.

We completely fell in love with the lifestyle, the warm weather, the relaxed pace of life, and being so close to the beach while still enjoying the peace and security of a private community.

One of the things we love most is having the best of both worlds: a nature-filled setting, but still just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and everything Playa has to offer.

We’re really happy to be able to share a part of our home with guests and hope you get to experience the same things we love about being here. We’ve put a lot of care into making the space comfortable and welcoming, and we hope you feel right at home during your stay.
