Wohnung für Bahnliebhaber

Freie Sicht auf die 55m entfernte Bahnlinie Dresden-Prag. Bereits ab 5:07 Uhr morgens kann man den ersten Güterzug bestaunen. Nach 2 Tagen konnte ich bereits den Railjet, die Baureihe 146 der Linie S1, sowie die Baureihe 114 am Klang unterscheiden. Fenster öffnen ist daher schlecht, zumal auch die Raucherecke der Immobilie ca. 2m vom Wohnzimmerfenster entfernt ist. Internet via WLAN funktionierte nur sporadisch und konnte auch nicht "repariert" werden. Last but not least stimmt in der Immobilie etwas mit der Belüftung der Abwasserleitung nicht. Der Geruchsverschluß der Dusche funktionierte nicht, so dass es im Bad schön stank. Da wären wir dann wieder beim Öffnen der Fenster. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, in ein Hotel umgezogen und haben uns ausgeschlafen. Es ist zweifellos eine sehr schöne Wohnung, doch die Lage ist schrecklich. Hätte ich mich vor der Buchung über die Lage informieren müssen oder hätte der Vermieter in der Wohnungsbeschreibung die Nähe zur Bahn erwähnen müssen? ... keine Ahnung.

Urlaub in der Sächsische Schweiz

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in Königstein verbracht und uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Sächischen Schweiz angesehen. Die tolle Ferienwohnung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und die Abwicklung des Aufenthalts war problemlos. Wir werden die Sächsische Schweiz, Königstein und die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Super Wohnung in bester Lage

Tolle und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sogar diverse Gewürze etc sind vorhanden. Von der Lage her nahezu perfekt, da zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Zwei Dinge sollte man allerdings wissen: Die Bahnstrecke ist nah, für Leute die bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht schlafen können oder wollen ist das hier vermutlich zu laut - bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man aber fast nix. Und die Wohnung ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet, Sonne gibt es also nur morgens.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet

sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter waren immer super hilfsbereit und gaben schöne Wandervorschläge für die nähere Umgebung an. Kaffeemaschine und eine große Teeauswahl vorhanden. Insgesamt 5/5 Sterne!
