Außergewöhnliches Design an MTB-Routen und anderen Freizeitaktivitäten

Etwa 20 Min. zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum von Winterberg, andere Freizeitaktivitäten wie MTB, Wanderwege und Sommerrodelbahnen innerhalb von 5 Min. Zu erreichen Achtung: Decke der Tiefgarage sehr niedrig und kann die Kofferraumklappe beschädigen 😔 Wohnung ist sehr stimmig und außergewöhnlich mit viel Mühe eingerichtet wurden. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und hoch. Bei den Bildern kam unserer Meinung nach nicht heraus, dass es sich um eine Souterrainwohnung handelt. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen typischen, etwas feuchten Kellerflur.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in Winterberg

Wirklich tolle, moderne und saubere kleine Wohnung in einem sonst etwas in die Jahre gekommenen aber sauberen, ruhigen Gebäude. Schöner Blick vom Bett in den verschneiten Garten :) . Tiefgaragenplatz ist super, abschließbarer Skihalter (Schloss mitbringen) in der TG vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Rodelhang oder Einstieg Skigebiet. Wenn man abends in die Stadt möchte, Busfahrt (Stundentakt) oder Taxifahrt (10€) einplanen. Netter Kontakt, es hat alles super geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! *****
