Sunny, non-smoking one-room apartment on the ground floor with a side view of the sea and a large south-facing terrace.

LIVING ROOM: Double sofa, 1 armchair, and 1 ottoman; dining table with 3 chairs; 2 single beds placed end-to-end (0.90 m x 1.90 m); and built-in closets. Separate, fully equipped KITCHEN. BATHROOM: Shower/toilet. There is plenty of closet space in the hallway.
Pets are allowed upon request for a fee.
Parking is available only if a space is free; there are 6 parking spaces for the building. The apartment is located right on the beach and offers a view of the water. It’s about a 10- to 15-minute walk to the wave pool.

There is a bicycle storage room in the building’s basement. If there is space available, you are welcome to store your bicycles there!
