fine apartment
location is quiet, clean. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures (so dated and with too much decoration, but that didn't really bother us). Points of improvement: install smoke detectors. In the larger bathroom you can't shower because there is no shower rod and curtain. In the small bathroom the shower curtain is too narrow, the water runs along and underneath it. Disadvantage: you have to separate your waste and take it to an environmental park. Inconvenient when you are on vacation

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für uns gewesen, alles gut zu erreichen. Der Garten für unseren großen Hund und uns ein Traum. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden gewesen was man benötigt. Renovierte Bäder waren super. Die Küchenmöbel allerdings waren ziemlich verbogen und fast alle Teller hatten einen Sprung. Hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Der Gasherd war schön groß und auch der Backofen, wir haben viel gekocht. Alles in Allem Preis-Leistung gut.

Gemütliche Wohnung
An sich eine tolle Wohnung in einem zweistöckigen Haus.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig, es gibt viel Platz.
Die Ausstattung ist teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem charmant.
Die Bäder sind relativ neu renoviert worden, sehr gut!
Auch die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, vom Grill bis zum Stabmixer ist alles vorhanden.
Was uns etwas weniger gefallen hat, ust die Tatsache, dass wir den Müll erst 5km zu einem Recyclinghof selbst fahren mussten, das ist eher ungewöhnlich. Hier könnte das als Service angeboten werden, da die Wohnung ja sowieso gereinigt wird.
Die Lage ist eher ruhig, zum flanieren muss man in eine andere Stadt fahren.
Aber in Summe ist der Urlaub toll gewesen und wir können die Agentur und die Wohnung problemlos weiterempfehlen.
Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiterin, die uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat, sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Gute Fewo mit viel Platz
Tolle Ferienwohnung mit wie beschrieben zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Viel Platz und was super ist, sind 2 renovierte Bäder mit 2 Toiletten. Gut für große Familien. Die Küchenausstattung ist mit Ausnahme des Kühlschranks und der Spülmaschinen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenso die Betten. Aber insgesamt überwiegt der positive Eindruck, man fühlt sich wohl! Ärgerlich ist, dass man den Müll selbst zur Deponie bringen muss, das ist aber häufig in der Gegend. Fazit: empfehlenswert, gute Preis-Leistung.

tolle Lage mit Seesicht
Die Lage ist außerordentlich, man ist in kaum 10 min am See (dort sehr langer Kiesstrand) und man hat Blick auf den See mit der Chiesa di Santa Veronica im Vordergrund (von der Terrasse), die Berge, den schönen Garten mit altem Baumbestand und vielen Vögeln und die Gärten der Nachbargrundstücke. Spaziergänge durch die weitläufigen Ortschaften, zum Rocca di Caldè und in die bewaldeten Hügel im Hinterland sind vom Haus aus direkt möglich. Probleme machen nur die vielen Wach- und Bluthunde.

Preis/Leistung war top. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber so findet man jeden Tag etwas was man noch nicht gesehen hat. Die Lage ist super, in 10 Minuten erreicht man den See und die kleine "Innenstadt".
