Finger weg von dieser Ferienwohnung

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, dass haben sogar Gäste in das Gästebuch geschrieben. Warum dort nicht buchen. 1. Das Sofa links auf dem Bild hat einen langen Riss im Bezug, keine Anleitung, wie diese auszuziehen ist, dort kann man nicht schlafen, da die Straßenbeleuchtung (da geht die Haupstraße nach oben) direkt reinscheint und man es nicht für nötig hält eine Gardine am Fenster zu installieren um dann zu zuziehen. Des Weiteren ist der Polsterstuhl auf dem Bild in rot so versüfft, dass man sich dort nicht freiwillig raufsetzt. 2. Die Heizung auf der Toilette ist kaputt. 3. Die von bestellten Bettbezüge hatten Löcher, die Gardinen im Schlafzimmer und im zweien Schlafzimmer haben auch Löcher. 3. Kopfkissen und Steppdecken sind verbraucht, hatten Flecken und wärmten nicht mehr. Ein Überzug hatte innen einen Riss. 4. Die Bratpfannen sind so zerkratzt, das man sie lieber nicht benutzt. 5. Im Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett sind an den Fenster Flecke, sie weisen auf Feuchtigkeit hin. Offensichtlich wird hier überhaupt seit der Eröffnung überhaupt keine Werterhaltung durchgeführt, nur kassiert. Die Mängel wurden alle von uns erfasst.

Harz im Herbst

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen zum direkt loswandern. Der Kontakt mit FeWo wie auch mit dem Vermieter (als es ein Problem gab) war sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden. An einigen Stellen gab es Staub bzw. Haare der Vormieter. Und die Fenster waren scheinbar länger nicht geputzt worden, was den Blick auf die schöne Umgebung etwas getrübt hat.
