Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Towels-Place all used towels on the floor in the laundry room. Take out the trash – Empty all trash cans and place the bags in the trash shoot. It is directly across the breezeway from the front door.
Lights/Electronics- Please turn of all lights and electronics Thermostat – Please set the thermostat to 78° summer/65° winter before leaving
Please lock the deadbolt and the handle when exiting for checkout. Keys – Please return the front door key to the lockbox. Please leave all other keys in the unit where they were located at check-in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights during the Memorial Day weekend.It’s really felt like heaven.Top notch views from the 15th floor, like the ocean in your front yard.Walking distance to the serene white sand beach, a swimming pool and hot water pool on the property.A big balcony to hang out and hear the waves hitting the shore !!A revisit is a must !!

The views from this property were incredible. We were fortunate to witness a beach buzz by the Blue Angels from the balcony. Mario was incredibly responsive over the VRBO messaging system answering a zillion questions i had and answered our call at 9pm at night when we were having trouble with the AC. The AC did get fixed the same night. This property has all the incidental things you may need - shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash in the bathrooms; cleaning products; laundry detergent, shout, and bounce; chairs, wagon, pop-up, umbrella, cooler, beach bags, and mini boards for a day at the beach; more than enough bath and beach towels; easy parking; easy access to the beach. Not -so-fun fact - we ordered a Walmart grocery delivery and never got our groceries and I had to make a 1030pm run to nearest walmart to get groceries for the next day. No fault of the property... just a heads up if anyone is thinking about having groceries delivered. Just stop somewhere and get them yourself on your way in. I do not think grocery delivery service is available on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the living space was plenty. Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We love this condo! It’s beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and felt ready for our arrival. All of the appliances were in great working condition and there were plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets. The check-in instructions were very clear and we never had to contact our host for anything - though he did check to be sure we were happy! We plan to return soon!

Excellent location and views of the gorgeous Gulf waters! Host was responsive when we encountered questions. Only lost one star bc when we arrived there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms and no large trash bags for the kitchen trash can, so we had to go buy our own. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities and we had a wonderful time at Heaven on Top!
