Apartment (1-bedroom with kitchenette) for up to 4 guests. Private entrance from the front of a family house, your own kitchen and bathroom, and reliable internet connection. A dedicated parking space is available right next to the house. The property also includes a garden with a fire pit. You’ll enjoy a unique view of the surrounding hills — Kozákov, Tábor, Zebín, Veliš — and the town of Jičín.

The apartment features one double bed and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps one adult or two children. A travel cot is available for our smallest visitors, and a high chair is included at the dining table.

The private kitchen is fully equipped — refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, electric kettle, and, most importantly, all the essentials for coffee lovers.

The staircase leading from the hallway to the main living area is secured with a small wooden gate for the safety of young children.

Upon request, we’re happy to lend sports and play equipment — tennis rackets, balls, football and volleyball, a child carrier backpack, and balance bikes.
