Apt. Strohboden - Small modern holiday apartment in an apartment building

Pretty apartment in a red brick house that was built in 1910 on a fieldstone foundation and was inhabited and managed as Büdnerei No. 2 in Vorwerk by a fishing family. The house was extensively renovated between 1997 and 1999 and the holiday apartments were renovated in 2021.

The apartment can also be combined with the FISCHERSTUBE apartment (only separated by a small staircase) on the ground floor of the house!

Bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine and toilet, beautiful fitted kitchen with a dining table, ceramic hob, coffee machine etc. The cozy living room offers space for quiet hours with a corner sofa, additional sofa bed (for 2 people) and flat screen TV.

The bedroom with a double bed (180x200 / box spring bed with 2 individual toppers) is super cozy, furnished with exposed beams and sloping ceilings and ideal for 1-2 adults.

A free internet connection is available to you.


You can reach a supermarket in about 2 km in the town of Kirchdorf. Distance to the beach approx. 2.0 km!

A parking space is available at the house.

Non-smokers! Pets not allowed!

Wohnung ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Geschirr und Besteck üppig vorhanden das fanden wir gut. Die Komode im Schlafzimmer war zu 70% gefüllt mit zusätzlicher Bettwäsche und Kissen. somit sehr wenig Stauraum für unsere Wäsche. Eine Duschmatte wäre sicher eine sinnvolle Anschaffung und die einzige Pfanne haben wir lieber nicht benutzt da die Bratfläche zerkratzt .war.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt. Die Kommode im Schlafzimmer könnte für die Gäste frei (leer) sein, damit man nicht aus dem Koffer leben muss. Ein Tipp um in Zukunft teure Reparaturen zu sparen: Einige Fenster ließen sich etwas schwer bedienen. Alle Beschläge sollten geölt werden !!! Meine Empfehlung: E-Bike Kettenöl, da wetterfestes Hochleistungsöl z.B. NIGRIN BIKE-CARE E-Bike-Kettenöl, 100 ml Flasche ca. 5,- € Hat sich sehr bewehrt !! Danke

Ich finde diesen Wohnraum sehr angenehm-Kopfkissen könnten etwas dicker sein, aber das ist eine persönliche Sache. Töpfe haben ein Metallgriff , gut Topflappen sind ja da. Und das Fernsehprogramm ist etwas bedürftig in der digitalen Zeit. Das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau. Service ist sehr gut !
