We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Delmar. Beautiful comfortable villa with fantastic views. Enjoyed the tranquillity of the location. Great communication with the host. Everything you would need for your stay is provided for in the villa. Swimming pool was a delight and great to cool down in.

Wonderful mountain house

This spacious house is situated on a mountain top and has a wonderful view over the nearby coast and bathing town. The kitchen and entire house is well-equipped, it is clean and managed very professional. It is highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Andalucia.

Unser 3 Wochen Urlaub mit Hund

Wir sind mit einem kleinem Hund gekommen und es besuchten uns noch für eine Woche Freunde.Man fühlt sich schnell wohl, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, es ist ein einfacher Kohlegrill für leckeres BBQ vorhanden. Waschmaschine ist gut, Wäscheständer und lange Wäscheleine ist da.1 Schlafzimmer ist mit Klima, die anderen 2 nicht. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch Klima, aber die benötigt man nicht, dann sollte man nach Island fahren. Es sind auch 3 Deckenventilatoren im Wohn- Essbereich vorhanden.Der Weg zum Haus zieht sich, nach 3x fahren gewöhnt man sich aber daran, der Ausblick und die Ruhe ist es wert.In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, Ceranfeld, Toaster, Backofen, Bestecke, Filtermaschine, Teller und Gläser sind ausreichend da.Außen hat man genügend Plätze zum sitzen, 1 Sonnenschirm ist vorhanden, 2 flache Liegen und 4 Swing-Liegen.Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Woche.Gruß Sandra und Stefan (Ü50) und der kleine Muffin.

Route dangereuse

Bonjour a tous la villa et très propre bien meublé nous avons été très bien accueilli elle donne une très belle vue sur la cote. Elle se trouve dans un endroit en montagne il faut compter un peu près 20minute de monter les route sont dangereuses avec des énormes pente jai du monter en premiere vitesse la route et extrêmement etroite il n'y a qu'un véhicule qui peut passer par endroits et aucun garde fou même si vous navez pas le vertige il faut avoir le coeur bien accroché je déconseille au famille il n'y pas déclerage sur la route je vous déconseille de la prendre la nuit cest dangereux La climatisation du salon ne fonctionnent pas Et la piscine au bout de 3 jour leau été trouble les pompe de la piscine ne fonctionne pas

Dear guest, First of all, I respect every feedback as long it is fair, constructive and according to the facts. You gave a negative feedback in French. Service language is English and German which is not fair. I do not speak French. Furthermore, I provided you with all information about the site. One advice is to make an appointment with the manager in place. She meets all guests in Sayalonga and guide them to the house. There are three ways to the site. One is horrible and for farmers with SUVs only. Two ways are fully safe for singles, couples and families. The manager reported that you drove to the house on your own without asking for guidance and I suppose you took the horrible road. For future guests who read this: please make an appointment with the manager and ask for help. Navigation systems cannot differ between safe and unsafe roads. The manager will make sure to have a safe trip to the house. This way can also be taken at night. Regarding air conditioning and pool pump. I stayed in the house two weeks after your stay. Both worked fine and the pool was clear. There are two air conditioning devices in the living room. Both can be switched on with a remote control. There is an operation manual in the house as well. Furthermore, I am wondering why you did not ask the manager in place. They help in case of questions and potential damages. Talking helps! In addition, the manager asked you twice during your stay if everything is fine. You agreed. As already said I am sorry that you had to leave after four days and therefore much earlier as planned. There was certainly a good reason for this. Please understand that due to our cancellation policy we were unable to offer any compensation in case of trip interruption due to personal reasons.
