This brand new 5-bedroom home is located in Reunion Resort, one of the best gated communities in the Orlando area. Situated right next to I-4, the main highway providing quick access to all major theme parks, restaurants, and attractions, the house is just minutes from Walt Disney World.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first is a King bedroom located near the front entrance, served by a hallway bathroom that also accommodates guests in the living area. The second bedroom is another King suite with a private bathroom that has direct access to the pool area.

Upstairs on the second floor, there is a third King bedroom featuring a large private bathroom with a bathtub. The remaining two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom for each: one bedroom has 2 Full beds, and the other has 1 Full bed and 1 Twin bed.

Guests can relax in two comfortable living areas with TVs, one on the main floor and another in the spacious loft upstairs. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals for the whole group.

Outside, the private heated pool faces southwest, offering lovely afternoon sun. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, and a BBQ grill can be rented as an optional extra. The garage includes a ping pong table for extra entertainment, and the driveway offers parking space for two large vehicles.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 92°F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
6-Attached spa (if equipped) is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
7-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• Some delivery drivers may leave packages at the front door. Please note that the front door is exposed and visible to anyone passing by, so we cannot guarantee the safety of unattended deliveries. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using the smart locker services offered by Amazon, USPS, and other delivery companies. These lockers are easy to use and provide a secure way to receive your packages. Simply search for the service online and follow the instructions provided by the carrier.

Please note: This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera for security purposes.

Note 1: This part of the complex is Brand New; there may be homes under construction until June 2026.
Note 2: There are no blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
Note 3: Only the king bedrooms and living rooms have a TV.
Note 4: There is an alarm installed on the glass door leading to the pool, designed to prevent children from going outside without adult supervision. Press the alarm button before opening the door to avoid the noise. When entering, open the door and immediately press the button to stop the alarm, then close the door quickly.
