This beautiful, renovated holiday apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building and features a covered south-facing balcony.
The 23-square-meter living room, with its large picture window and access to the furnished balcony, is comfortably furnished. Here you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, a recliner with a footstool, a coffee table, a chest of drawers with a large flat-screen TV, and a dining area with 4 chairs. The living area is equipped with electric roller shutters, and the patio door has a screen door.
The separate 15-square-meter bedroom features a double bed measuring 200 x 160 cm (two 80-cm mattresses), nightstands with reading lamps, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with roller shutters.
The renovated bathroom features a bathtub (with a glass shower enclosure), a toilet, and a sink.
The separate, bright kitchen, which overlooks a charming half-timbered villa, is well-equipped and offers ample space for cooking, complete with a table and two chairs.
The entryway, featuring a round arch and a large built-in closet, offers ample storage space for clothes, shoes, suitcases, etc.
