The holiday house is located on a very well-maintained, fenced, private property on the outskirts of Kołobrzeg. The owner's private house is located on the same property. Guests staying in the cottage, however, have a lot of privacy, the area is at their sole disposal. The seaside beach is about 4 km away. To the center of the resort approx. 3.5 km. At the same distance is the neighboring seaside town (Grzybowo), with many restaurants and cafes. The holiday home is two-storey and has a spacious, covered terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room with a table with chairs and a TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there are also 2 separate double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The first floor of the house is an open space arranged for a large double bedroom with a separate seating area. A set of garden furniture awaits on the terrace. There is barbecue facilities. On the fenced property shared with the owner of the facility (part of the area for the exclusive use of the guests of the house) there is a parking lot. There is also a barbecue gazebo and a trampoline for children. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, parking, final cleaning. The holiday home is located in a convenient location for both the quieter beach on the west bank of the river (Parseta) and the louder beach on the east bank with more activities (water sports, etc.). The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes, in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, the aquarium, the seaport, the cathedral. Attractions in the area: for families with children, we recommend visiting the Pomerania Fun Park amusement park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (approx. 15 km from Kołobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a mini zoo and many other attractions. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to the Indian village, where you can get acquainted with the regions of cultures of the indigenous inhabitants of North America. Within 3.5 km from the apartment complex there is a marina where you can rent water equipment, as well as the Milenium sports complex with an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental at the river bank (Parseta). The international R-10 bicycle route runs through the resort, which makes it easy and pleasant to explore the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
