About this property

Fully equipped vacation home with large garden-just 7 minutes from the lake

Behind the house is a large garden with a patio, patio furniture, a charcoal grill, and a spacious area for lounging and relaxing with a fire pit. A patio heater is available upon request. In front of the house is a carport and, for boat enthusiasts, a designated parking spot for a boat. The dining room/kitchen features a fireplace for romantic, cosy evenings. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with a separate shower. The house’s special charm comes from the furniture lovingly restored by Andy and the decorative items they designed themselves. The holiday home is located in a quiet area right on the beautiful Altmühlsee, 500 metres from the beach, a separate nude beach, and a boat dock. The Altmühlsee is also a popular destination for anglers, all kinds of water sports, birdwatchers (Bird Island), and a starting point for excursions.

Empfehlenswert
