The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a freezer compartment.

The bathroom with a shower is located separately.

There is a general bicycle parking area in the underground garage.

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) as well as a laundromat—all available for a fee.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
