Westgate Smoky Mountain is known for its rustic charm and family-friendly amenities. Guests enjoy multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, a full-service spa, fitness center, on-site dining, and access to the popular Wild Bear Falls Indoor Water Park (additional fees may apply). Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, the resort offers easy access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, hiking trails, scenic drives, and mountain attractions. Whether you’re exploring the outdoors or relaxing at the resort, this deluxe one-bedroom villa provides comfort, convenience, and classic Smoky Mountain charm.

Pet Policies & Fees:
- Allowed Pets: Dogs only. Cats are generally not permitted.
- Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
- Weight Limit: Combined weight of the pets must not exceed 60 pounds.
- Size Limits: Dogs cannot exceed 36 inches in length or height.
- Fees: A mandatory, non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation is charged, plus a $150 refundable pet deposit. (Fees subject to change.)
- Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Sharpei, Alaskan Malamute, and Presa Canario.

On-Site Rules:
- Unattended Pets: Pets cannot be left alone in the room unless they are kept in a pet carrier or crate.
- Public Areas: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the room and are not allowed in public areas like restaurants, spa spaces, or the water park.

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY
