Clean, quiet and comfortable space. The fenced in outdoor area was relaxing. Plenty of amenities inside for a comfortable stay. The location was great with plenty of sidewalks for neighborhood walks, short drive to nature trails, shopping and the university.

It’s a very simple house that’s not overdone yet has everything we needed. The location was a quick drive to downtown Fayetteville and to the University of Arkansas. We enjoyed a late night of playing mini ping pong in the garage.

Very clean a few things that were a little disappointing was no hot water for showers it was barley warm and low water pressure Outlet didn’t work in main bathroom Couch uncomfortable Outdoor seating area covered in bird feces Master bed very comfortable

I’m truly sorry that the hot water, bathroom outlet, water pressure, couch comfort, and outdoor seating area did not meet expectations. We are checking these items right away and will make sure the outdoor space is cleaned and guest-ready.
