Apartment was renovated inside. The outside of the house could use some TLC. There is no central ac, only window unit in the bedroom. On very hot days, it gets pretty warm in the rest of the apartment. The listing did not originally state that it did not have central ac. It was added later on the listing. Parking is not ideal, either on the road or in reserved parking spot in the rear of the house. No easy access to the apartment from either parking area.

I had no idea the level of tourism around the Lancaster area and its effect on the hotel industry and their pricing. Rooms were outrageous and I was traveling with my mom and son. We had good lodging at a bargain price comparatively speaking. Host was responsive when questions were asked and we got what we needed. I would stay again.
