Gut gefällt mir, dass der Service-Point nun in der Nordfeldstraße, und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft ist. Die Schlüsselabholung über den "Schlüsselboy" ist prima, das gibt einem etwas mehr Flexibilität und Ruhe bei der Anreise (ich hätte es um 20 Minuten sonst nicht geschafft), das hat sehr gut geklappt. Schön ist auch, dass es jetzt ein "Starterpaket" mit Geschirrspültabs, Lappen, Spüli, Schwamm und Toilettenpapier sowie Mülltüten gab. Eine kleine Seife wäre noch schön.
Ich habe mich auch sehr gefreut, dass meine Verbesserungsvorschläge vom letzten Jahr umgesetzt wurden: es gibt nun einen Deckenfluter mit Leselampe, so dass man nun auch auf dem gemütlichen Sofa lesen kann. Der Duschvorleger wurde durch hygienische Frotteematten ausgetauscht. Sehr gut.
