A very nice one-room apartment in the LEE building

1-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor of the LEE building with Wi-Fi. This very nice apartment consists of 1 living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa set. The separate kitchen area features a dining table, 4 chairs, and a built-in kitchen with a microwave. An extra bed can certainly be provided. Modern new bathroom with shower and toilet, cable TV, large south-facing balcony. Play area with grass, playground equipment, and a sandpit on the property, plus a parking space. Free use of the swimming pool.

A holiday paradise for the whole family awaits you here. Whether young or old, everyone will find something to enjoy in the extremely popular Luv & Lee buildings, located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a two-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach. Each of our apartments has its own parking space or garage. There are also two separate rooms between the buildings available for your bicycles.

Enjoy free access to the on-site swimming pool* and, if needed, use our washing machines and dryers for a small fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, a bus stop, and various restaurants. For our younger guests, there’s a large play fort on the beach and the spacious “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park. The heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach is also just a short walk away.

Ich war schon bestimmt 6 mal bei Ihnen Einen Fahrradverleih oder Haus eigene Fahrräder könnte ich mir vorstellen. Vielleicht könnte man auch unterstell Möglichkeiten für Motorräder anbieten. Das schönste war als ich mir wieder den Schlüssel im Büro abholen konnte und ich die Wohnung wieder sehr sauber vorgefunden habe.
