The new kitchenette, which opens onto the living area and includes a dishwasher, is fully equipped. The dining table in the living room offers ample space for 4 people. Shower room/toilet, cable TV, south-west-facing balcony. Play area with grass, playground equipment, and a sandpit on the property; parking space.
