I booked this for my mother. It was very comfortable, cozy, quiet and safe. A nicely done renovation with a picnic table outside to use. The welcome book had very clear instructions on how to use the heater and any appliances. The host was readily available when we had questions regarding the booking. She would definitely stay there again. Thank you for providing a lovely space!

Very clean the guest book on the coffee table had clear instructions for check-in and checkout procedures. The air-conditioning was on point and it was very quiet located in a nice neighborhood very much. Enjoyed the stay would stay again.

I grew up in Idaho, and have been in the Hayden/CDA area since 2011. I enjoy spending time with my friendly dog Biscuit, along with my girlfriend and her dog. I live an active lifestyle. Running, hiking local trails, golfing, all things outdoor recreation. I enjoy quiet time at home, working in the yard and just relaxing. Enjoying my privacy and peace in my home is as much of a priority for me as it is for my guests.

Why they chose this property

I moved to Hayden in 2014. I love the quiet and calm feel of Hayden. My favorite park is less than a mile from my home, McCall park. I am also about 1.2 miles from Honeysuckle Beach and Levy, another amazing place to enjoy lake scenery and relax. My neighborhood is quiet, with many friendly neighbors.

What makes this property unique

My home is close to Coeur D’Alene, but away from the traffic and noise of the city. I am centrally located to surrounding outdoor rec like Farragut State Park, English Point Trails, Canfield Mountain. I am also minutes from many essential services, and about 20 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park. My property is also unique in that my living space above is pretty consusive to offering a quiet experience to my guests as my living room and kitchen are NOT above your space. The entrance is also on the opposite side of mine, limiting interaction and enhancing privacy.
