Completely renovated in 2021, this bright and modern 5-room apartment features a living room, three bedrooms, and a small office. The living room features a TV area with a flat-screen TV, a couch, and an armchair. In the seating area with a dining table, you can, for example, enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The fully equipped, separate, and bright kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. For coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker and an additional Nespresso machine are available. The three bedrooms offer plenty of space for the whole family. Two of the three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom has a single bed. There is also a small office with a desk and seating. Furthermore, the apartment features a bright bathroom with a shower and an extra-large shower stall, as well as an additional guest bathroom.

In the garden, a cosy seating area with patio furniture and a beach chair invites you to linger and relax. Guests arriving by car have access to a parking space in front of the house.
