Wonderful stay in Ermatingen

What a great place to stay while we were visiting Ermatingen on Lake Constance! The apartment is in a beautiful historic building right on the lake with a fantastic view. You can watch the docking of the boats that go up and own the lake from the apartment and its just a very short walk to take a boat trip to many places of interest along Lake Constance. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again!

Historic accommodations

This rental is spacious, with one single and one double bedroom and a large terrace to enjoy a meal outside. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, and there is room for 6+ at the dining room table. The living/dining room has a great view of the lake. It's beautiful and rural but only 15 minutes by car or train to the beautiful city of Konstanz. We loved this apartment!

Perfecte plaats om te verblijven, slechts 50 meter van het Bodenmeer. Je kan er zwemmen, het huis is zeer ruim en netjes. Zeker een aanrader, het enige wat gemoderniseerd zou kunnen worden is de badkamer. Echter deze voldoet nog steeds perfect. Ik zou deze locatie absoluut aanraden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung an bester Lage

Gepflegte Wohnung in alten Fachwerkhaus, welche alles bietet was man so braucht. Schöne grosse, sonnige Terrasse. Zwei tolle Kinderspielplätze sind in Gehdistanz und ein tolles Strandbad nur ein paar Velominuten entfernt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert.

Ruhig, großzügig, sauber- tolle Fewo!

Wir können uns den sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen! Insbesondere die sehr ruhige Lage mitten in der Wohngegend hat uns positiv überrascht. Ermatingen selbst liegt zwar direkt am See aber trotzdem abseits des Massentourismus. Mit Schiff und Bahn (zwar nicht ganz billig , aber zuverlässig und nie überfüllt) haben wir unsere vielen Ausflüge (Konstanz, Reichenau, Schweizer Badeorte) unternommen, ohne das Auto zu nutzen. Der Vermieter,Herr Ribi, ist unkompliziert und sehr nett! Das Fischrestaurant "Seehafen" ist fantastisch!

Tolles Fachwerkhaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert mit sensationellem Blick vom Esstisch auf den Bodensee! Fussläufig in 3 Minuten ist man am Hafen! Abends haben wir dort den Sonnenuntergang genossen! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt! Im Ort gibt’s nur einen Sparmarkt, so dass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann! Eine 100% Empfehlung! Herr Ribi der Eigentümer kümmert sich rührend!

Erholsame Tage am Hafen

Wir wurden sehr nett von unserem Vermieter begrüßt und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Sie liegt zentral in einen kleinen Ort, der aber gut verkehrstechnisch durch Bahnhof und Hafen für Ausflüge angebunden ist. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig dort. Den Ausblick kann man stets genießen. Die Wohnung ist gut für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Ein weiteres hat in dem kleinen Zimmer nur schwer Platz, könnte aber im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Das Haus ist historisch, aber gut renoviert. Das Bad hat noch einen 60ger Jahre-Charme, es funktioniert aber alles bestens. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große Südterrasse zum Innenhof. Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war gut organisiert. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Alles, was man zur Erholung benötigt. Vielleicht könnte man das Bad mit einer Duschtasse ausstatten. Die Badewanne als solche zu nutzen ist doch sehr umständlich

Ferienwohnung top gelegen

Herr Ribi ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen, tolle Terrasse (Sternenhimmel beobachten!), Fliegengitter praktisch, gepflegte Umgebung. Wir empfehlen, Teppiche in Küche und Wohnzimmer zu entfernen oder rutschsicher zu machen (Stolpergefahr). Für das Schwimmen im See sind Badeschuhe vorteilhaft. Dorfladen Spar hat ansprechende Auswahl,freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ausflug Napoleonturm mit tollem Rundblick, Restaurant Alpenblick, Gunterswilen in der Nähe, feines Hohrückensteak oder Kuhfilet im Angebot.

Urlaub am See

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage. Tolle Badestelle in der Nähe und Konstanz auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Einen grossen Balkon gibt es als Pluspunkt dazu. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Ermatingen sehr genossen.

Hübsche FEWO in Seenähe

Wir hatten eine glückliche Woche, genossen die Ruhe in der geräumigen Wohnung, den Schiffsteg vor der Haustür, das Eingebettetsein in den alten Dorfteil, die Nähe zu KOnstanz, die schönen Radwege, die freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei An- und Abreise durch Herrn Ribi und seinen Sohn.
