House includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is the upstairs unit on a two unit house. Guest have a private front and rear entry and front and rear porches. The only shared spaces are the parking, outdoor shower, and exterior laundry room.

House is a historic survivor, built in 1967 it includes the original wood floors, pine paneling walls, and woodwork ceiling. House outlasted 60 years of hurricanes including Hugo and Hazel. House has been updated to include a new tankless water heater so the hot water never runs out, updated bathrooms, and other amenities such as wireless internet and new porches.
