Laubendorf Country House, on the sunny terrace overlooking Lake Millstättersee

Overlooking Lake Millstatt, on the sunny plateau, this cosy and well-equipped wooden country house is situated directly on the golf course with a beautiful view of the mountains. It is located 200 metres above sea level in Laubendorf, adjacent to the 2,000-meter-high mountains of the UNESCO Nockberge Biosphere Reserve, which features an extensive hiking area and popular alpine huts. The “Via Paradiso” hiking trail passes right by the property.<br>It is a smoke-free home, featuring a 1,200 m² garden, three sun terraces, and a gazebo. Dogs are also allowed by arrangement.<br><br>Included is the MIC (Millstätter See Inclusive Card), which provides access to numerous discounted or free admissions and activities in the region for both children and adults.<br><br>In the summer, Lake Millstatt offers a full range of water sports and recreational activities, while the surrounding area provides excellent opportunities for mountain hikes and bike tours. Mountain bikers will be in their element!<br><br>In the winter, the Goldeck ski area can be reached by gondola from Spittal (approx. 6 km). Katschberg and Bad Kleinkirchheim are about 30 minutes away.<br><br><br>The 18-hole Millstatt golf course is right on your doorstep. It offers a beautiful view and, with both flat and hilly sections, is challenging and very popular.<br><br>Electricity is billed based on consumption. The metre reading is taken upon arrival and departure. Please note that hot water and heating are also generated or powered by electricity. The price per kWh is based on current rates in Austria and can be requested at the time of booking.
