It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. Wearing a club armband is compulsory. Dogs must be kept on a leash. For reasons of hygiene, access to the pool is only permitted in classic swimwear (no swim shorts). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
