This stylish ground-floor apartment features 80 m² of living space and accommodates up to four people. Spacious, light-filled rooms immediately create a welcoming atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire width of the house and open onto the sunny, sheltered south-facing terrace, which is nestled among the dunes.

The comfortable interior, which combines modern and traditional materials, creates a stylish thatched-house atmosphere. Light colours, clean lines, and modern design create a calming and relaxing atmosphere.

The “Dünenmulde” holiday rental on Juist features two separate bedrooms, a living room with a sitting and dining area, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a storage room. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful sunbathing all day long.

The living room offers wonderful opportunities to sit together comfortably. The seating area features a modern flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player and iPod connection; the living room also has a large dining table for game nights and shared meals.

You’ll find the same cosy atmosphere in the two separate bedrooms! One is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds.

The modern kitchen (equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, among other things) makes self-catering a breeze.

In the modern bathroom of the “Dünenmulde” holiday rental, stylish furnishings—including a rain shower, two sinks, and a heated towel rack—create a pampering, feel-good atmosphere.

Family-friendly amenities include a cot, a safety barrier, a high chair, and a children’s stool for the bathroom, as well as games and books for both children and adults.

You can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee.

Our holiday apartments at “Landhaus Ostdüne” are oases of well-being for wonderfully relaxing holidays.

“Landhaus Ostdüne” on Juist is a detached thatched-roof house built in 2012. It’s in a great location right near the beach and the town centre. Just 400 metres away, you’ll find the beach, which is a true paradise—especially for families: cosy beach chairs for sunbathing, beautiful white sand for building sandcastles, and plenty of sports activities like beach volleyball, fitness, and surfing await you here.
The nearest shopping options are about 200 metres from the house.

Groups of four or six can enjoy a wonderful holiday in the “Dünenmeer” semi-detached house or the “Dünenmulde” ground-floor apartment. The holiday rentals feature separate bedrooms, modern amenities, and sunny terraces with views of the natural landscape. Free Wi-Fi, family-friendly amenities, and—in some cases—a fireplace and garden round out the comfortable living atmosphere.
