House was immaculate, and very very clean. The entire community is as advertised and was perfect for four families without feeling on top of each other. The kids loved the play area and also the pool inside the house and the community pool. Minor thing I would knock was that the play area and TV's in the bunk are Roku TV's so when you are using the remote to change the inputs, you may knock yourself out of another TV. Besides that house is 10/10 and the close proximity to everything in PF.
