Pros: Stayed here for 4 weeks, a fantastic apartment, everything is there that you will ever need, high end furniture and furnishings opposite the fantastic los locos beach, right next to bus stops to la mata and torrevieja, many many eateries,, we loved Murphs!! ,close to 2 good supermarkets Fantastic communications with the caring owners and communication with Martin the property manager. It is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and will hopefully return next year. Would highly recommend a stay here

Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment extremely close to the Los Locos beach. Clean and well equipped (oven, microwave oven, coffee makers, washing mashine, dishwasher and many other utensils, and finally - the most important during the high season - air condition in all the three rooms and salon). We experienced some small (!!!) problems with electricity (fuses), but nothing really annoying. We got there by a car, so the parking spot in the garage was of critical importance for us. Kim is an extremely friendly host, easy to contact. Although she lives in AUS, she always does her best to make you feel comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality, Kim!

Pros: We spent a wonderful 10days in this spacious flat. As you pass through the spacious lounge/kitchen area to the balcony, the view is incredible. Panoramic view of the sea and the beach. We could sit for hours on the balcony looking at the view. The lounge is extremely comfortable with relaxing chairs and TV with many channels. The kitchen is fully equipped wth many extras. The large double bedrooms have very comfortable beds. I was pleased to find a good hairdryer that didn't need an adaptor. There is a bus stop close by with buses into the centre or to places farther afield. There are restaurants & shops close by. Martin was very helpful with any queries we had. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Pros: We just finished a week at the Hamilton's apartment in Torrevieja Spain, in the southern area of the Costa Blanco. It was our first time in this area and we enjoyed Torrevieja very much. The Hamiltion's apartment was a perfect location for us - we could stroll the promenade every day and catch the local action up and down the beach. The apartment also gave excellent walking access to a number of cafes and restaurants - there were good restaurants right on our block facing the beach - and numerous restaurants further south closer to the centre of town. The apartment itself was just fine - very spacious and directly facing the beach - at the time we were there (late April) the weather was blustery and sitting on the terrace was quite cool, so we stayed inside mostly. All in all though it was a very pleasant stay and I very much enjoyed dealing with the Hamilton family - they were very accomodating and the entire booking process went very smoothly.

Pros: My wife and I spent 3 weeks in the Hamilton's apartment in Torrevieja from last week of September to mid-October. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the appartment is large for 2 people(3 bedrooms)but would probably be a bit cramped for 6. The view from the balcony is stunning - it can get pretty windy though. A small problem with the TV was sorted to our satisfaction; the WiFi and the electrical equipment worked wel. The communication with Kim Hamilton and their local agent Brenda was extremely pleasant and efficient. A minor point was that some of the furniture, windows and fittings were showing signs of wear, but we have heard the appartment is to be renovated in the near future, which should put it right back in the top bracket. The area of Torrevieja remains very Spannish, despite large numbers of Scandinavians, Russians, and English. Torrevieja has none of the usual signs of mass tourism such as jet ski's, parasailing, etc, and the Los Locos beach directly in front of the appartment is mainly occupied by locals. The harbour and town centre are a short walk of abt 3 kms, and up and down the coast are more lovely beaches to enjoy. We would certainly recommend this apartment and Torrevieja to everybody looking for a restfull holiday - a rental car is , in our opinion, a must.

Pros: So we are currently on holiday in this lovely apartment, Kim Peter and Lee have thought of every situation and so the apartment is very well equipped if you want to cook a meal; right down to a potato masher and garlic press. You don't need to bring towels and the showers are good;quite powerful! There are squeegees provided to get excess water off the tiles and shower screens after showering too! The beds are very comfortable- I slept for 13 hours on our first night!! Everything you could need to tidy and clean up is also provided. We feel very at home here. The tv is all in Spanish so there are books and games supplied also, if your Spanish, like mine, is limited to Hola, Adios and Muchas gracias!! There are lots of restaurants locally and the locals are friendly and seem to appreciate our efforts to communicate in our limited Spanish! The beach is right outside the patio door - and the view from the balcony is just amazing! All in all it's a great apartment in a lovely location and you'll have a super holiday here xx OUR REPLY Cathy, thank you so much for your wonderful review on the apartment. We do have a satallite box attached to the TV and it does have english channels on it and other languages as well (if I remember right) you need to turn the satallite box on with the other remote control and change the AV on the television. Pros: La estancia en el apartamento ha sido muy buena. Aunque los propietarios no residen en España, han sido muy atentos y amables a través del correo electrónico. Las camas son enormes, lo cual se agradece, aunque personalmente hubiera preferido un colchón un poco mås firme. Cons: La playa, aunque tiene rocas y la arena es gruesa, no me ha parecido tan mala: el agua estaba muy limpia y se podía bucear muy bien. Eso sí, quizå no sea la mås adecuada para personas mayores. Respecto al ambiente, es lo que mås he echado de menos ya que no hay tiendas en el paseo marítimo, sólo restaurantes.

Wij (6 personen) hebben in juli/augustus 2023 een prima verblijfplaats gehad voor onze vakantie. De eigenaren onderhielden een eerlijk en open email contact met ons. De opvang was prima geregeld ondanks het late uur(22.00 uur). Alles was schoon en de bedden opgemaakt. Uitgebreid keukengerei. 4 airco's zorgden voor een prima binnentemperatuur. De huiskamer is uitgerust met heerlijk zitmeubilair. Af en toe wat last van geuren in 1 badkamer.

Wir können die ĂŒberschwĂ€nglich guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Appartement ist ungemĂŒtlich mit abgenutzter teils defekter Einrichtung, unappetitlicher KĂŒche, Einfachverglasung, Fenster sind undicht und klappern bei Wind. LĂ€rm von der Straße. Ungeziefer. Eine Erfahrung, auf die wir gerne verzichtet hĂ€tten.

Pros: Het Appartement voldeed aan alle wensen en verwachtingen goed onderhouden en zeer goed uitgerust. Zeer goede locatie en nog een pluspunt; de garage onder het pand. Alleen jammer dat de airco in de loungeruimte stuk was, wij waren hier wel vlak voor aankomst over geĂŻnformeerd. Tussenpersoon ter plekke ook goed bereikbaar en snel in handelen. Torrevieja is een erg leuke, levendige locatie met meerdere mooie stranden, ook in de omgeving. Vooral Spaanse nationaliteit verder van alles wat.
