Spacious vacation apartment for 6 people with balconies and a barbecue near the beach

This spacious holiday rental spans 95 m² across two levels (upper floor and attic) and can accommodate up to 6 people. Private parking is available right at the property.

The beachfront apartment features three separate bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchenette. A washer-dryer is also available.
You can spend relaxing hours in the bright and modern living room with a comfortable sofa set. A 65-inch smart TV with MagentaTV, Netflix, and Disney+ provides additional comfort.

When the weather is nice, two furnished, sunny south-facing balconies with an electric grill invite you to linger.
All rooms are equipped with exterior blinds or roller shades.

You’re welcome to bring your dog to this apartment.


Complex:

The “Sir Henry” complex consists of three townhouses and two holiday apartments for 4–6 people and is located on a quiet street near the large car park in Grömitz. Both the apartments and the townhouses have a balcony or terrace and are modernly furnished. The beach and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the shared shed.

Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the left side of the building and can also be used together as a single large unit.

The townhouses A (adjacent to Apartment 1 on the ground floor), B (in the middle), and C (end unit) have terraces that are next to each other.

Nicht so gut erholt wie gewünscht

Wohnzimmer war zu spartanisch eingerichtet, es fehlten vor allem Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Badezimmer im OG ist sehr veraltet, die Dusche ist für Erwachsene viel zu klein und müsste dringend renoviert werden, vor dem Fenster fehlt ein Sichtschutz. Das Schlimmste allerdings, war die Heizung, sie ging eigentlich gar nicht, die Räume wurden nicht wirklich warm. Wir sind auch fürs Energiesparen, dann hätte man uns aber vor Reisebeginn darüber informieren müssen.

Schöne große Wohnung über 2 Etagen für 6 Erwachsene problemlos zu bewohnen. Allerdings viele Treppen also fit sollte man sein. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit bei Ankunft super. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Fernseher und mit der Wasserspülung einer Toilette. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten wurde die Schäden von einem sehr netten Herrn behoben. Die Lage in einem Wohngebiet ist sehr ruhig. Der Weg zum Strand oder zur hübschen kleinen Innenstadt und zu den Restaurants dauert hin maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Rückweg ist deutlich länger und beschwerlicher da die Unterkunft auf einer Anhöhe liegt. Wiederum auch nicht für gehbehinderte Personen zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und schöne 2 Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können Sir Henry guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
