Overlooking the sea, this well-equipped 3-bedroom two storey villa accommodates 7 people and is ideal for families. The villa is situated on the beachfront in a heritage community with houses in typical Andalusian style in a garden setting and a choice of swimming pools. Free parking is available in the community car park, a minute’s walk from the villa.
The 170 m2 property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, all with a fitted wardrobe. There are 2 shower rooms, each with a large shower, toilet and wash basin. Additional amenities include Fibre Optic Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a Samsung smart 65” TV with Apps including Netflix, Prime & Disney and a PlayStation 4 with controllers. The villa is equipped with outdoor loungers and dining furniture.
On entering the villa there is an entrance hallway with coat and shoe storage. Doors lead off to the kitchen, ground floor double bedroom, shower room and an archway leads to the dual aspect lounge/dining area with stairs to the upper floor. The lounge/dining area has ample seating and enjoys a bright sea view. Sliding glass doors allow easy access to the front and back gardens. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with fan oven, induction hob with extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher. The ground floor bedroom has a queen double bed and opens on to the terrace and garden. Stairs from the lounge/dining area lead to the Upper Floor hallway with doors giving access to:
• Triple bedroom containing 3 single beds with a sea view.
• Twin bedroom having 2 single beds with a view towards the mountains.
• Shower room with a large cubicle shower

Wonderful, Seaside Villa

We were a group of seven women and this villa was perfect. Everyone had their own bed. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were good as well. The kitchen and living areas were modern and roomy. Lots of space to eat and relax. The back patio and yard were directly at the waters edge. So beautiful!!! We watched at least 4 sunrises due to the fact that we were up very early to arrive at the golf course by tee off time. (We were there to watch the Solheim Cup ladies golf tournament) The property manager, John was very helpful. He communicated often and was quick to reply to our questions. He even fixed the shower drain and made sure we had blankets for the cool nights. He was a very nice man. Check in and out was seamless. We even met some neighbours that were lovely and very helpful with local tips. Having a washer/dryer was great. We all had a unforgettably, wonderful time. We would all recommend and return to this villa anytime!!!

Beach front villa

Had a fantastic week at the beach front villa in Estepona with my wife and children/ granddaughters. Villa was immaculately clean and perfect for our stay. Would certainly recommend this property. It's literally next to the sea and swimming pools were beautiful 👍👍
