5min drive to LIRR - train station - 1 hour train ride to NYC Penn Station or 10min walk to Venetian Shores beach restaurant & live music every summer or 15 min drive to the infamous Jones Beach.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Clean up blocks/games in correct box -Leave linens & blankets on beds -Cover fire-pit, BBQ & outdoor sofas with each cover
-Beach cart: rinse the cart & cooler with outside hose & place them upside down to dry -Return bikes to yard and cover -Late fees applied if checking out late
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
