All around excellent place to stay when visiting Indianapolis. It's within easy distance of everything you could want and even walking distance from a lot. I will certainly remember to look this up again the next time I come.

This was a great spot for us. We were in town for a conference, and getting in and out of downtown was easy. Cute cottage. Lots of nice touches. The stairs are steep, especially with heels.

Absolutely adorable! Everything was organized and labeled. I stayed with my son but it would definitely sleep a family. The hosts were lovely and accommodating. I may be there next year for the same event and I hope to stay there again.

This is an adorable, spotless, comfortable home. We loved it! Plenty of “extra” towels, which I appreciate (when there is only one bath towel provided per person, it gives such an unwelcoming/stingy feeling). Easy and plentiful parking, nice kitchen, welcoming ambiance when we arrived (dim lights, pictures on TV, pleasant temperature). Perfect communication and easy entry. I was pleasantly surprised that the reality matched the listing so well.

This house is adorable. An older home but has been kept up nicely! Every drawer is labeled so you know where to find anything. We had an issue with the TV at first but the host was very fast to respond and help us. Highly recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very easy to get to and in a great spot. The rental is a great, with plenty of room for multiple guests. The host made everything so easy and is very responsive. I appreciated all of the details this host put into the experience to make this a great stay. I booked a reservation to stay at this cottage when traveling from Nashville to Indy to attend a concert on 5/8/26 with my son and one of his friends. The three of us were pleased with our stay and thought this little cottage was perfect for our short trip! The cottage was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was awesome and was only a short distance from downtown Indy. The host was very responsive to my messages and was very welcoming to us upon our arrival. I highly recommend this quaint little cottage to anyone visiting Indy for a short trip or weekend getaway!
