Welcome to our Jordan Avenue Retreat, a charming 2-bed, 1-bath home in Montoursville, perfect for up to 4 guests. Conveniently located near downtown and just a short drive to Williamsport, this cozy and inviting space is ideal for weekend getaways, outdoor adventures, or visiting loved ones. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and modern comforts throughout your stay. It's the perfect home base for exploring all that the surrounding area has to offer.
House Policies & Important Information
Pet Policy: Not allowed. Unauthorized pets or violations incur a $300 fee.
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $250 violation fee applies.
Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns.
Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
Starter Essentials: Complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods provided (guests staying longer should plan to restock).
