Schöne Wohnung , schlecht gepflegt

Wohnung bei Ankunft kalt!! Heizung funktionierte nicht. Gardine auf 30cm heruntergerissen. Sehr unschöner Anblick. Pfanne unbrauchbar, da völlig verkratzt. Sollte doch wohl warm, einladend und einsatzbereit seit. Nicht erst nach 24 Stunden.
