The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place USED towels, washcloths, sheets, & pillow cases (leaving blanket sets and mattress covers on the bed) in hampers. Please be sure to leave AC units ON before checking out.
If you took advantage of our lovely hot tub, please be sure to replace the cover and return to original temp (104 degrees) before checking out. Please leave the grill clean of food debris.
Please manually lock the back door knob, & front door by holding the lock button until lock completes cycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING. No pets on furniture. Violations may result in extra cleaning fees. Guest is responsible for any damages exceeding deposit.
Quiet hours 10PM–8AM per City of South Haven ordinance. We love our neighbors, please be respectful.
Please rinse off body and swim suits before hot tub use and keep lid closed. Excess debris/algae may result in additional cleaning fee.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, spacious and felt more like a B&B than just a rental. The back patio was excellent for the end of the day with the family. Very close to down downtown South Haven as well. Will definitely revisit.

The house was exactly as described. Charming with a great back yard and hot tub. The street was nice and quiet. Everywhere we wanted to go was only a short drive away. The host was very communicative and prompt. We had a lovely stay.
