The Space:
Discover the idyllic city on the water from our cosy basement flat, which is located directly on the city moat. From the small terrace you can look out over the water in fine weather and enjoy the fresh air.
After entering the building, you will find the flat in the hallway on the left. The bathroom is on the right, while the separate bedroom is on the left. The living area leads into the kitchen and is separated by a bar table with stools, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. From the living room you can directly access the terrace, where garden furniture invites you to linger.
In the basement there are washing and drying machines (2.50 EUR/wash, 2.00 EUR/dry) for your needs.
Guest Access:
There is a multi-storey car park right next to the accommodation (max. clearance 2.00 m). A day ticket costs a maximum of 12.00 euros. There are very few free parking spaces in the neighbouring streets, and a parking ticket is usually required at most times.
Public transport stops are only a few metres away. It is only 750 m from the train station to the accommodation.
The Neighborhood:
The park-like ramparts surround Bremen's old town. From here you can reach the Weser, the city centre with its market square, the historic town hall and the famous Bremen Town Musicians, the main railway station or the exhibition halls in just a few minutes' walk.
It is also not far from Bremen's new and modern district, the Überseestadt.
Getting Around:
There is a multi-storey car park right next to the accommodation (max. clearance 2.00 m). A day ticket costs a maximum of 10.00 euros. There are very few free parking spaces in the neighbouring streets, and a parking ticket is usually required at most times.
Public transport stops are only a few metres away. It is only 750 m from the train station to the accommodation.
Other Things to Note:
The door to the terrace sometimes sticks. You have to open and close it with a little feeling. Thank you very much!
There is an infrared heater on the wall opposite the sofa. As the flat is in the basement, some guests found it too cold in winter, so an infrared heater was installed.
To make sure that the bathroom is also nice and warm, there is an additional electric heater, if necessary.
The flat was built from a former cellar room and therefore has a higher humidity. Please air the rooms regularly and feel free to use the dehumidifier provided.

Have never had such prompt and helpful responses to questions. The reply comes almost instantly. Location is excellent, walking distance to all that we wanted to visit.If you have a car, plan on using the parking ramp across the street from the rental. Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist geradezu perfekt. Bahnhof ist gleich um die Ecke.
Ein guter Bäcker in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen (Sam). Ein sehr gutes Restaurant (Tendüre) praktisch nebenan. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und nett.

Gut ausgestattete und eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Dass man bei Anreise mit dem eigenen Pkw im an der Rückseite des Gebäudes gelegenen Parkhaus parken und das Gepäck von dort über den Hintereingang in die Wohnung bringen kann, ist eine feine Sache.
