Verbesserungstipps bzw. nähere Angaben zum Appartement

- Gepäckaufzug war defekt - Es muss mehr darauf hingewiesen werden, dass der Aufstieg zum Appartement mit Gepäck beschwerlich ist. - Zudem ist vor dem Haus lediglich eine Entladezone vorhanden, die man zügig räumen muss, da sonst kein Fahrzeug passieren kann. Das muss im Inserat angemerkt werden. - Der Kühlschrank funktioniert zwar, war aber von Innen defekt (Gemüseschubladen nicht vorhanden, Eisfachklappe nicht vorhanden, Türfach kaputt). - Über unserem Balkon war ein Wespennest. - In den Ecken und am Raumtrenner waren etliche Spinnenweben. - Zudem wurde man gebeten, die Blumen auf dem Balkon zu gießen. - Weiterhin wäre es sinnvoll die E-Mails insgesamt zu minimieren und übersichtlicher zu gestalten. - Die Bahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber, sodass Lautsprecherdurchsagen bei geöffnetem Fenster hörbar sind. Zudem herrscht ein reger Güterverkehr und Personenverkehr (alle 10 Minuten auch Nachts). Auch das sollte aus dem Inserat hervorgehen. - Insgesamt passt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht
