We spent two nights at this hotel, and we had a pleasant experience. It was clean, well-kept, and VERY quiet. Our room was near a side door, so we had quick + easy entry and exits without having to go through the main lobby area. We did not use the pool or any of the other amenities, so we cannot speak to those. The hotel is very convenient for exploring Cornell University.

It was a decent stay. The place was clean. We used the pool but that space is hard on the ears. Sound was an issue throughout the building. The Bistro was advertised as open but it was not. It only is open certain days. Very few restaurants deliver to this location and the front desk provided a list that was inaccurate. Overall, we had a good stay but there were a lot of inconvenient moments that made it harder than necessary.

The guest laundry was out of order the whole time we stayed, so if you use the pool, i am not sure how one is supposed to dry the soiled clothes. So we never used the pool, the whole point of booking marriott was to use the pool so after i saw i cant use the laundry i thought they might fix it tonight or at max tomorrow, but it was under maintenance the whole time. I used the pool once and had the bring home the wet laundry. So I was highly dissatisfied with the stay.
