Cosy House near Ammersee Lake

We rent a very nice holiday home in the immediate vicinity (100m) to the park-like St. Alban lido with a bathing jetty. Shops, town center, restaurants, boat rentals,.....everything within walking distance.
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with double beds and a room with a day bed that can be converted into a 1.60 m double bed. There is a large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sink.
An extra guest toilet is located on the ground floor.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with extra large ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer.
The spacious dining room with a comfortable corner seat has space for 8 people and a beautiful view of the green garden.
The living room offers comfortable sofas and armchairs in which to curl up in front of the television in the evenings. Wifi is of course in the house.
The terrace offers another dining table and a shady awning.
Bed linen and towels are included, children's travel cot and high chair are available. Bath towels should be brought along.
There are 1 garage space and a parking space available, as well as parking in front of the house.
Hiking trails and cycling tours can be started from the house, sail rental is in the immediate vicinity, golf courses are in the vicinity.
